Primary school and High school students are asked to demonstrate their innovative ideas in waste management, water management, building and packaging materials, agriculture, biofuels and renewable energy.

Thinking outside the box, presenting practical modern solutions and working with sustainable technologies make the Green Innovation Awards a thought provoking event. Listening to the next generation of leaders present improved ways of doing business, identifying new business opportunities in primary industry, clothing and education was thought provoking.
The Green Innovation Awards brought a cross section of Government and Industry people together who otherwise may not have crossed paths to listen to students present pathways forward for all. It opened pathways for future collaboration between students, industry and Government and as it grows in stature those opportunities will only increase.”
